If your club or society decides to spend money on something, you need to fill out an expenditure application form, and submit it to the MUBS Vice President for approval. This includes spending money from your club's own bank account. Expenditure Application Form Whenever your club or society receives income, i.e. for memberships or ticket sales, you need to fill out an income receipt form. Income Receipt Form Talk to the MUBS Vice President for assistance with anything to do with running your club.
