The Monash Berwick Glee Club is headed by Media Officer Brent McAllister and Ink Graphics Designer Mariam Alhazaa. The club's first event, the Glee Club Open Mic Night, was a big hit and the next, to be held in week 5, semester two, will be even bigger. If your club or society decides to spend money on something, you need to fill out an expenditure application form, and submit it to the MUBS Vice President for approval. This includes spending money from your club's own bank account. Expenditure Application Form Whenever your club or society receives income, i.e. for memberships or ticket sales, you need to fill out an income receipt form. Income Receipt Form Talk to the MUBS Vice President for assistance with anything to do with running your club. |
